Saturday continued in this strong run of form with our first XV putting in a dominating performance to come out winners against Percy Park first XV 33-0 and our 2nd XV putting in a great effort to hold out for the win 29-24.

It was the turn of our youth sections on Sunday with the minis playing some great rugby against Westoe with some great performances to be seen. The future of rugby at Blaydon looks good!

After the minis it was the turn of the U16 Boys who were playing Houghton in the county plate for a place in the semi finals. A strong Houghton team were looking to spoil the party and after a really good game of well played rugby, the U16s came out on top 29-13 and have booked their place in the semi-final!

The U16 girls were up next with another game against Houghton in the National Competition and with a dominant performance they came out worthy winners 57-7 and progress to the next round.
